When and where is the World Hereford Conference taking place?
The World Hereford Conference will take place in Kansas City, Mo., U.S.A., Oct. 22 – 26, 2025.
Is there a cost to attend the event?
Early pricing is available through Dec. 31, 2024, at $750. Price changes on January 1, 2025 through September 1, 2025 to $850.
Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Wi-Fi will be available for attendees of the World Hereford Conference.
Can you attend both post-tours?
No. The post-tours will occur during the same time.
How many members must be on a team for the YBC?
All teams must have 4 competitors.

When is the Young Breeders Competition?
The YBC will take place Oct. 19 – 25, 2025 with a portion of the event taking place in Manhattan, Kan., and the remainder in Kansas City, Mo.
What are the age requirements for the YBC?
Contestants must be between 18 to 26 years of age as of October 19, 2025.
What is the registration deadline?
Dec. 31, 2024 is the early registration deadline. Late registrations will be accepted through Sept. 1, 2025.
What is the accompanying pre–tour option for attendees?
Hereford in the Big Sky County – This pre-tour will take attendees on an experience seeing Hereford cattle, agriculture history and U.S. landmarks. Beginning in Billings, Mont., the tour will take place Oct. 16 – 21, 2025.
What is the accompanying post–tour options for attendees?
Sandhills Sights and Mountain Views – Attendees will depart Kansas City, Missouri, on a scenic drive through the Sandhills and will complete the tour taking in astonishing mountain views of Colorado. Attendees can depart from Denver, Colo., at the conclusion of the tour. The tour will take place Oct. 26 – 29, 2025.
Southbound to Cowtown – We'll fly south to Fort Worth, Texas, also known as "Cowtown," making stops in Texas and Oklahoma on the way back to Oklahoma City, Okla. The tour will take place Oct. 26 – 29, 2025.
