WORLD HEREFORD CONFERENCE

REGISTRATION

World Hereford Conference (Full Registration: $750)

Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 1, 2025

Full Registration for the World Hereford Conference includes transportation to and from the hotel for the Evening Beef Festival hosted at the American Hereford Association headquarters on Wednesday evening, and other events at the American Royal facilities; meals including (Wednesday's Evening Beef Festival), three breakfasts, lunch on Thursday and Friday, Friday evening's Global Celebratory banquet, educational sessions and access to the industry trade show. Lunch on Saturday is not included but a wide variety of local favorites will be available at the American Royal. 

Conference price does NOT include hotel, but accommodations can be booked below.

A La Carte options available to attend specific portions of the event. Access these specific options through the event registration. 

Registration price will increase after April 1, 2025.

Evening Beef Festival

Join domestic and international Hereford breeders at the American Hereford Association’s to kick off the World Hereford Conference, tour the Association headquarters and take in the rich history of the Hereford breed. Certified Hereford Beef® will be available with wine and whiskey pairings to taste from across the United States, along with local entertainment. Transportation from the headquarter hotel to the event is included.

Thursday Event Pass

The Thursday event pass is perfect for those who can only attend a portion of the event. This pass will include continental breakfast and lunch, along with access to a robust set of educational sessions hosted during the day and access to the industry trade show.

 

Hotel accommodations are NOT included but can be reserved here. Can be combined with other a la carte options.

Friday Event Pass

The Friday Event Pass is a chance to take part in education and a night of entertainment with fellow Hereford breeders. This pass will include continental breakfast and lunch, along with access to a dynamic set of educational sessions hosted during the day and access to the trade show. Included in the Friday Event Pass is a ticket to the Global Celebratory Banquet, which is sure to be a highlight of the event.

 

Hotel accommodations are NOT included but can be reserved here. May be combined with other a la carte options.

Global Celebratory Banquet

Embark on an unforgettable evening as Hereford enthusiasts from around the world come together to celebrate a shared passion for the breed. Join us to exchange ideas, forge friendships and celebrate the global impact and rich heritage of Hereford cattle.

Saturday Event Pass

Join us on Saturday for a jam-packed day celebrating the Hereford breed. We’ll kick off the morning with breakfast, awards ceremonies for high-achieving Hereford breeders and the AHA Annual Membership Meeting. On Saturday afternoon, winners of the Young Breeders Competition will be announced at the American Royal Complex, followed by the National Junior Hereford Association female show and International Genetics Sale. All guests who are attending Saturday only are asked to complete a registration form to assist with planning. ​

Manhattan, Kansas | October 19-26

Single Occupancy Room $2,500
Double Occupancy Room $2,250 per person

Each country represented at the World Hereford Conference may enter teams of four young breeders to take part in the Young Breeders Competition hosted at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan. Contestants will take part in a variety of skills based events centered around the United States agriculture industry.

Contestants must be between 18 to 26 years of age as of October 19, 2025. All teams must have 4 competitors.

PRE-TOUR

HEREFORDS IN BIG SKY COUNTRY 

October 16 - 21, 2025

Single Occupancy Room $2,000

Double Occupancy Room $1,500 per person

Breathtaking wide-open spaces and skies stretching for miles encapsulates the beauty of Montana. Located in the Western region of the United States, Montana is home to 2.5 million head of cattle and some of the most pristine Hereford operations in the country. This pre-tour will take attendees on an experience seeing Hereford cattle, agriculture history and U.S. landmarks.

POST-TOURS

SANDHILL SIGHTS AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS

October 26 - 29, 2025

Double Occupancy Room $1,050 per person

The sandy soil coupled with the rolling hills of have deemed the land of Nebraska the Sandhills. Attendees will depart Kansas City, Missouri, on a scenic drive through the Sandhills and will complete the tour taking in astonishing mountain views. A post-tour built for the Hereford enthusiast who wants to see the various landscapes of the United States.

SOUTHBOUND TO COWTOWN

October 26 - 29, 2025

Double Occupancy Room $1,250 per person

History and Herefords mixed with some of the most iconic stops on any tourist’s agenda. Head south to Fort Worth, Texas, making stops in Texas and Oklahoma on the way to the tour's conclusion in Oklahoma City, Okla. Attendees will take in a wide variety of stops all centering around agriculture in the United States with an emphasis on the Hereford breed.
